Cancellation Policy (Dog Boarding)
At Lynn’s Pet Care, we understand plans can change. To continue providing reliable care and to reserve dates fairly for all clients, we follow the policy below for dog boarding reservations:
Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s boarding dates.
Cancellations
If you cancel your dog boarding reservation for any reason, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. This helps us manage our schedule and maintain availability for other clients.
Modifications / Date Changes
If you need to change your boarding dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability. At our discretion, the original deposit may be applied to new dates if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the original start date.

Dog Walking Cancellation Policy
At Lynn’s Pet Care, scheduled dog walks reserve dedicated time in our day. To maintain consistency and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Dog walks canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be charged.
Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Dog walks canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled walk.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations for all services will also be charged at 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at the discretion of Lynn’s Pet Care.
